PLEASE HELP ME!!

I am a mom of four wonderful children and if I had a picture to show you I would but I dont and anyways I have severe teeth problems and am losing weight like crazy because I can't eat. I enjoy eating like everyone else and I'm sure people worry about scams but if you can help me pay to get my teeth fixed you can call the dentist directly at 719-488-2292 and let them know you are helping Kim B. I would truly appreciate it and will pay it forward the first chace I have. Please!
